We want you to love every Genuine Fred product, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original boxes and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
